Gift Card Terms and Conditions

I. Definitions

1. Issuer – company DIDILOO UK LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, Greater London, WC2H 9JQ.
2. Gift Card – is a gift card issued to the bearer, authorizing the User to redeem it through the transaction website, with a value equal to the face value indicated on the Gift Card, having a unique code making it possible to purchase the selected product offered on the transaction site.
3. Buyer – a natural person, including a consumer, who is 18 years old or older and has full capacity to be a party in legal acts, who, in exchange for transferring money to account in the amount equal to the Gift Card value, receives the Gift Card from
4. User – each holder of the Gift Card.
5. Terms and Conditions – Terms and Conditions of Gift Card Purchases in the distribution system valid from 22.10.2019, available in the transaction site.
6. transaction site – operates under the domain, allowing Gift Card purchases to be made.

II. General Terms and Procedure of purchasing Gift Cards

1. Gift Cards are sold only in the transaction site.
2. Gift Cards are purchased in the transaction site on the same terms as product purchases. One user can purchase a maximum of 99 Gift Cards at once.
3. Gift Cards are not redeemable for money (cash) either in full, or in part.
4. The Buyer as well as the User is not entitled to any claims towards the Issuer under any loss, theft, destruction of a Gift Card, or loss of its validity.
5. Gift Card validity term is 30 calendar days from the day of purchase. The validity date is provided on the Gift Card.
6. Any questions regarding the Gift Card should be sent to the Issuer’s e-mail address as specified on the website in Contact tab.

III. Terms of using Gift Cards

1. After the purchase of a Gift Card, the Client can use the Gift Card to pay for purchase of any product in the store.
2. When purchasing a specific product, the User can use several Gift Cards, the total amount of which will not exceed the value of the Goods. When the value of the Gift Card exceeds the purchase price of the Goods, the remaining amount will not be returned in cash. In this situation, the Client can use the remaining amount in the store. When the Gift Card value is lower than the purchase price, the amount due for the Goods will be decreased by the amount of the Gift Card.
3. The Issuer has the right to refuse Gift Card redemption in the following cases:
a. end of the Gift Card’s validity term
b. Gift Card damages to an extent preventing the unique code saved thereon from being read
c. No technical capacity of redeeming the Gift Card, in particular in the case a connection is not obtained with the Issuer’s IT system

IV. Gift Card settlements and complaints

1. At the moment of issuing a Gift Card, the Buyer receives:
a) a document confirming the purchase as well as the face value of the purchased Gift Card and a unique code.
2. The User has the right to check the current value of the Gift Card at any time. The value can be checked by contacting the Customer Service Office.
3. Complaints can be submitted only by e-mail to the address specified on the page in the Contact tab.
4. Any complaints related to purchases made with the use of Gift Cards will be examined by the Issuer within 30 (thirty) days from the date of submission of a written complaint.

V. Right to withdraw from the contract and refunds

1. The Clientard purchase agreement and return it before expiry of the Gift Card validity term i.e. 30 days.
2. Any Gift Card which has been purchased by payment in a cryptocurrency is not subject to refund.
3. The Client has the right to receive refund of the Gift Card amount less 30% of its value as the handling fee.
4. Any refunds will be made with the use of the same payment method as used by the Buyer, unless, on the Client’s written request, agrees to make the refund to another bank account.

VI. Final provisions

1. Before purchase of a Gift Card, the Buyer/User is obliged to read the present Terms and Conditions and accept them.
2. Issuance of a Gift Card is not deemed to be sale taxed with value added tax (VAT) as defined by the binding provisions of the act on value added tax.
3. Gift Card, as defined by the binding legal regulations, is not an electronic payment instrument, or an electronic payment card. Gift Card is an electronic form of a voucher.
4. The Issuer reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. This change becomes effective at the time indicated by the Issuer.
5. To the extent of using products purchased with a Gift Card, the Terms and Conditions of the Store shall apply respectively. The Terms and Conditions are valid from 22.10.2019.
