Returning every product purchased at beegoz.com is very simple – just one click away.

The beegoz.com shop allows you to return the purchased product within 30 days of receiving the parcel.

How do I return a product at beegoz.com?

  • Click here on the active link to the return form and fill in the online return form.

  • Alternatively, print out and fill out the return form we sent you in the transaction summary email. Enter the relevant data, sign, scan and send it back to [email protected].

  • Remember to indicate the proposed dates and times of the courier’s visit in the form. 

  • Then prepare the product together with the label, packaging and proof of purchase.

  • Wait for the courier’s visit on the dates indicated.

  • We will notify you by e-mail or telephone about further proceedings.

The returned product must meet the following conditions.

  • We only accept returns of unused products. They may be seen by you, tried on, but the returned product must not bear any signs of use.

  • In case of jewellery, the returned product should have a jewellery tag, security features and the original manufacturer’s packaging and beegoz.com packaging with appropriate certificates, if any, attached to the product.

  • The returned items could not be resized or engraved or otherwise personalised.

  • The returned product should be complete, placed in the original manufacturer’s packaging and in beegoz.com’s corporate packaging, and should include all instructions and warranty card.

Cash back

  • After receiving the parcel with the returned product and the completed return form, beegoz.com will refund the cost of purchasing the product within a maximum of 14 working days, provided that the above return conditions (point 2) have been met. If the returned goods do not meet the above conditions, no withdrawal will be possible and the returned product will be sent back to the customer at his expense.

Important clues.

  • Pack the returned goods (the goods must be complete and meet the conditions in point 2) in its original packaging together with proof of purchase and the completed return form or send scans of these documents electronically. Secure the package thoroughly so that it is not damaged or destroyed during transport. If you want to use the cardboard box in which you received your order – remove the old shipping label and carefully seal the package.

  • Depending on which payment method you have chosen, you will receive a refund in the same way or you can choose return to your Bank Account. If you have paid for your order by traditional transfer, the refund will be made to the same bank account. In case of purchasing goods in beegoz.com shop by cryptographic payment, the return of the order value is possible only by transfer of funds (EUR) to the bank account indicated in the return form or by exchange for beegoz.com Gift Card.

  • We will return the funds within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the beegoz.com Return Centre. We reserve the right to withhold the refund if the conditions set out in the return policy are not met.
